Ooooo..My Favorite!

the idea of this was stolen from "Fresh" the restaurant!

its my take on their meal called the " beach" ....( but mines Way better) and cheap.

  So i cook brown basmati rice, then toss it with olive oil and organic Tamari ( soy sauce)
boil some broccoli, cut up a Avacado, put lots of sunflower sprouts on top! and sprinkle with cayenne!

sunflower sprouts are really great if you have digestion issues ( like me) they really help! because they are so high in natural Magnesium. ( the best tummy vitamin)
