Ooooo..My Favorite!

the idea of this was stolen from "Fresh" the restaurant!

its my take on their meal called the " beach" ....( but mines Way better) and cheap.

  So i cook brown basmati rice, then toss it with olive oil and organic Tamari ( soy sauce)
boil some broccoli, cut up a Avacado, put lots of sunflower sprouts on top! and sprinkle with cayenne!

sunflower sprouts are really great if you have digestion issues ( like me) they really help! because they are so high in natural Magnesium. ( the best tummy vitamin)

Vitamins:

A, B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B12, B15, C, D, E, F, H, K, choline, folic acid, inositol, PABA

Minerals:

calcium, cobalt, copper, fluorine, iodine, iron, magnesium, manganese, phosphorus, potassium, selenium, silicon, sodium, sulphur, zinc

Actions:

anti-inflammatory, antifatigue, antimicrobial, antioxidant, diuretic, expectorant, galactagogue, hypolipidemic, nutritive, tonic

Vegan Pumpkin Muffinzzzzzz!

Okay, these muffins are "ballin". hahaha the best vegan muffins ive tried so far! only sweetened with raw agave nectar! ( how sweet? )

1 3/4 cup Organic Pumpkin Puree 

1/3 cup of Oil ( Olive)

1/2 cup raw agave Nectar 

1/4 cup Vegan Milk 

1 3/4 cup Flour ( whole wheat)

2 tsp baking powder 

1 tsp baking Soda

1 tsp Cinnamon 

1 tsp Ginger

1/2 tsp nutmeg 

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp cloves
